Love & Other Great Expectations was such a fun way to relive my experiences in the British Isles, plus I loved the characters, plus it centers around a contest. Like in a lot of my other favorite romance novels, the MC has an arc that involves dealing with emotions and hard things she doesn’t really want to acknowledge. It’s very sweet, and in a lot of ways is basically a YA People We Meet on Vacation.
